When will my chair be delivered?
We provide Free delivery within 100km of metropolitan areas, your Massage Chair will be delivered to your door and we will provide Free installation inside your house.
Upon delivery you, the customer must check that everything is in perfect condition and sign the delivery acceptance form.
Delivery Fee
Within 100Kms of major cities Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth
* Under 100 km: FREE
* 101-200 km: $199 (Free installation)
* 201-300 km: $299 (Free installation)
* 301-400 km: $399 (Free installation)
* 401 km + (Quote from courier) – (Drop-off only) – (Video Call for installation)

Areas outside of the above Within 7-21 business days
Promotional Period Within 7-28 business days
* Please note that delivery and installation services are only able to Ground floor.
* Additional charges apply for upstairs delivery.
* We do not take the box. Box removal is provided please speak to the delivery team.
What is the warranty period and what does it cover?
Our Standard Warranty is for 7 years.

What happens if something goes wrong with the massage chair?
We have qualified technicians in Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Adelaide.
In the rare case that you experience any issues please call 1800 960 809 and our team will arrange a tech visit to your home.
What type of payments to do you accept?
We accept all major cards and offer No deposit No Interest payment plan options. Cash and EFT are also available should you wish to use them.
I don’t know how to use the chair please help
A product user guide is provided with your chair and will guide you through the steps and functions of the chair. However, if you are experiencing further issues, please call us on 1800 960 809 and our friendly team will guide you on how to use it.
